Joe Rodriguez
Production manager
When you need something printed, copied, mailed or shipped, Joe is the one to make it happen. As production manager, he is responsible for daily operations -- or to put it more simply, getting the jobs in and getting them out. He manages the customer service and production departments and does production planning.
Although he's the youngest member of the staff, Joe was an industry veteran with six years of experience before he joined us in 2008. Joe can operates all our equipment -- presses, digital printers, , bindery and mailing equipment -- and so makes an excellent supervisor for the rest of the production staff. And contrary to conventional wisdom about Gen Xers, Joe has an old-fashioned work ethic and is meticulous about the quality of work put out by the production team.
Joe is married and has two children: a beautiful daughter who is the apple of his eye -- a real beauty with long dark ringlets and engaging eyes, and a new baby boy born in December 2011. His wife is a respiratory therapist at Kaiser Hospital.
